La plataforma de gestión de Ysland es el centro de control de tus dispositivos PoolBox. Desde ella supervisas el estado del agua de cada piscina, automatizas la dosificación química y el filtrado, registras las intervenciones de tus técnicos y consultas el histórico de rendimiento de cada instalación.The Ysland management platform is the control centre for your PoolBox devices. From it you monitor the water condition of every pool, automate chemical dosing and filtration, log your technicians' interventions and review the performance history of each installation.

Este manual recorre la plataforma en el mismo orden en que la vas a usar: primero la instalas y accedes, después trabajas con el listado de PoolBox y, dentro de cada una, con las pestañas donde vive el detalle.This manual walks through the platform in the same order you'll actually use it: first you install it and log in, then you work with the PoolBox list and, within each device, with the tabs where the detail lives.

La plataforma es una aplicación web: funciona en cualquier navegador sin instalar nada. Aun así, conviene añadirla al escritorio como aplicación para abrirla de un clic, en su propia ventana y sin la barra del navegador. A continuación se explica cómo hacerlo en los dos navegadores más habituales.The platform is a web application: it runs in any browser with nothing to install. Even so, it's worth adding it to your desktop as an app so you can open it in one click, in its own window and without the browser bar. Below is how to do it in the two most common browsers.

Microsoft Edge

1. Abre pulbox.ysland.es en Microsoft Edge.
2. Open pulbox.ysland.es in Microsoft Edge.
3. Pulsa el menú de tres puntos de la esquina superior derecha y entra en Más herramientas.
4. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and open More tools.
5. Dentro, selecciona Aplicaciones y pulsa Instalar este sitio como aplicación.
6. Inside, select Apps and click Install this site as an app.

Google Chrome

1. Abre pulbox.ysland.es en Google Chrome.
2. Open pulbox.ysland.es in Google Chrome.
3. Pulsa el menú de tres puntos de la esquina superior derecha y entra en Enviar, guardar y compartir.
4. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner and open Cast, save and share.
5. Pulsa Instalar página como aplicación.
6. Click Install page as app.

Para entrar necesitas tu correo electrónico —el que facilitaste al dar de alta la cuenta— y tu contraseña.To log in you need your email address —the one you provided when the account was created— and your password.

El primer usuario de la plataforma siempre lo crea Ysland. A partir de ahí, ese usuario puede dar de alta y administrar al resto del equipo desde la propia plataforma.The platform's first user is always created by Ysland. From then on, that user can add and manage the rest of the team from within the platform itself.

Recuperar la contraseñaRecovering your password

Si olvidas tu contraseña, puedes restablecerla tú mismo desde la web, sin necesidad de que intervenga un administrador. En la pantalla de acceso, pulsa ¿Ha olvidado su contraseña?.If you forget your password, you can reset it yourself from the web, without needing an administrator to step in. On the login screen, click Forgot your password?.

Se abre la pantalla de Recuperación de contraseña: indica tu correo —tu usuario— y pulsa Enviar. Recibirás un correo de restablecimiento con los pasos para establecer una contraseña nueva. Si prefieres cancelar, desde ahí puedes Volver al login.The Password recovery screen opens: enter your email —your username— and click Send. You'll receive a reset email with the steps to set a new password. If you'd rather cancel, from there you can go Back to login.

La gestión de usuarios vive en Seguridad › Usuarios, en el menú lateral de la plataforma. Desde ahí das de alta las cuentas de tu equipo, decides qué piscinas ve cada persona y le facilitas sus credenciales de acceso. Junto a Usuarios está Roles, el catálogo de perfiles de permisos que después se asignan a cada cuenta.User management lives under Security › Users in the platform's side menu. From there you create your team's accounts, decide which pools each person sees and provide them with their access credentials. Next to Users sits Roles, the catalogue of permission profiles that are then assigned to each account.

Al entrar en Usuarios se abre el listado de todas las cuentas, identificadas por su correo electrónico. En la barra superior tienes el botón Nuevo para dar de alta una cuenta, Clonar para partir de una existente, Eliminar sobre las marcadas con la casilla y el cuadro Texto a buscar para filtrar.Opening Users brings up the list of all accounts, identified by their email address. In the top toolbar you have the New button to create an account, Clone to start from an existing one, Delete on those ticked with the checkbox and the Search text box to filter.

Crear un usuarioCreating a user

Pulsa Nuevo para abrir una ficha en blanco y completa los datos de la cuenta:Click New to open a blank record and fill in the account's details:

• Activo. Determina si la cuenta puede acceder. Desmárcalo para suspender el acceso sin borrar el usuario.
• Active. Determines whether the account can log in. Untick it to suspend access without deleting the user.
• eMail y Nombre de usuario. Identifican la cuenta; el correo es además la dirección a la que se envían las credenciales.
• eMail and Username. Identify the account; the email is also the address to which credentials are sent.
• Cliente. Asocia la cuenta a un cliente concreto cuando corresponda.
• Client. Associates the account with a specific client when applicable.
• Exigir cambio de contraseña. Obliga al usuario a establecer una contraseña nueva en su primer acceso.
• Require password change. Forces the user to set a new password on their first login.

La ficha se organiza en varias pestañas —Pool Boxes Visibles, Pool Boxes como Responsable, Intervenciones y Roles—, que definen qué ve y qué puede hacer el usuario. Al terminar, guarda con Guardar o con Guardar y Nuevo si vas a encadenar varias altas.The record is organised into several tabs —Visible Pool Boxes, Pool Boxes as Person in charge, Interventions and Roles— which define what the user sees and can do. When you're done, save with Save or with Save and New if you're going to create several accounts in a row.

Roles y visibilidadRoles and visibility

La pestaña Roles es la que gobierna qué puede ver y hacer la cuenta. Con el botón Enlazar asignas uno o varios de los roles disponibles —Administrators, Manager, Owners, Partners y Responsibles—; con Desvincular los quitas.The Roles tab is what governs what the account can see and do. With the Link button you assign one or more of the available roles —Administrators, Manager, Owners, Partners and Responsibles—; with Unlink you remove them.

El rol determina el alcance de lo que el usuario ve. La regla práctica es:The role determines the scope of what the user sees. The practical rule is:

• Partner. Ve todas las PoolBox de la organización. Es el perfil para quien necesita una visión de conjunto.
• Partner. Sees all the organisation's PoolBox devices. It's the profile for someone who needs an overview.
• Manager. Al asignar a un usuario como responsable de una o varias PoolBox concretas, este solo ve esas. Es el perfil habitual del técnico de campo, que trabaja únicamente con las piscinas que tiene a su cargo.
• Manager. When you make a user responsible for one or several specific PoolBox devices, they only see those. It's the usual profile for the field technician, who works only with the pools in their care.
• Owner. Es el rol del propietario de la piscina. Se asigna automáticamente al usuario del cliente cuando le das acceso a la app, de modo que pueda seguir su propia piscina desde la aplicación.
• Owner. This is the role for the pool's owner. It's assigned automatically to the client's user when you give them access to the app, so they can follow their own pool from the application.

PoolBox visiblesVisible PoolBox

La pestaña Pool Boxes Visibles muestra exactamente qué piscinas puede ver el usuario. Ser responsable de una PoolBox la incluye aquí de forma automática, pero la visibilidad no se limita a eso: con Enlazar puedes añadir a un usuario otras PoolBox como visibles aunque no sea su responsable.The Visible Pool Boxes tab shows exactly which pools the user can see. Being responsible for a PoolBox includes it here automatically, but visibility isn't limited to that: with Link you can add other PoolBox devices to a user as visible even if they're not the person in charge.

Dicho de otro modo, visibilidad y responsabilidad no son lo mismo: un técnico puede consultar piscinas que no gestiona —por ejemplo, para cubrir a un compañero o dar apoyo puntual— sin figurar como su responsable.In other words, visibility and responsibility are not the same: a technician can view pools they don't manage —for example, to cover for a colleague or give occasional support— without being listed as the person in charge.

Credenciales de accesoAccess credentials

Una vez creada la cuenta, hay dos formas de darle contraseña, desde los botones de la propia ficha del usuario. La elección depende de si prefieres fijar tú el acceso o dejar que lo haga el propio usuario.Once the account is created, there are two ways to give it a password, from the buttons on the user's own record. The choice depends on whether you'd rather set the access yourself or let the user do it.

Opción 1 · Restablecer contraseñaOption 1 · Reset password

Asignas tú mismo la contraseña desde el backend. Pulsa Restablecer Contraseña, escribe la nueva contraseña, confírmala y aplícala. La cuenta queda operativa al instante con esa clave, que después comunicas al usuario por el medio que prefieras.You set the password yourself from the backend. Click Reset Password, type the new password, confirm it and apply it. The account is operational immediately with that key, which you then pass on to the user however you prefer.

Opción 2 · Notificar credencialesOption 2 · Notify credentials

Dejas que sea el propio usuario quien establezca su contraseña. Pulsa Notificar Credenciales y confirma el envío; la plataforma manda un correo con los pasos a seguir.You let the user set their own password. Click Notify Credentials and confirm the send; the platform sends an email with the steps to follow.

El usuario recibe un correo confirmando que ya dispone de acceso, con un botón Acceder (y un enlace alternativo por si el botón no funciona) que le lleva a establecer su propia contraseña.The user receives an email confirming that they now have access, with an Access button (and an alternative link in case the button doesn't work) that takes them to set their own password.

Tras fijar su contraseña, el usuario ya puede entrar con su correo y su clave en la pantalla de acceso habitual.After setting their password, the user can log in with their email and key on the usual login screen.

Los clientes son los propietarios de las piscinas que mantienes. Se gestionan desde la opción Clientes del menú lateral, que abre el listado de todos los clientes dados de alta. Cada cliente puede asociarse a una o varias PoolBox y, si lo deseas, recibir acceso a la app para seguir su propia piscina.The clients are the owners of the pools you maintain. They're managed from the Clients option in the side menu, which opens the list of all registered clients. Each client can be associated with one or more PoolBox devices and, if you wish, be given access to the app to follow their own pool.

El listado muestra cada cliente con sus datos —nombre, usuario, dirección, etcétera—. En la barra superior tienes el botón Nuevo para dar de alta un cliente, Eliminar sobre los marcados con la casilla y el cuadro Texto a buscar para filtrar.The list shows each client with their details —name, username, address, and so on. In the top toolbar you have the New button to register a client, Delete on those ticked with the checkbox and the Search text box to filter.

Crear un clienteCreating a client

Pulsa Nuevo para abrir una ficha en blanco e introduce los datos del cliente: el nombre (obligatorio), el eMail y los datos de dirección (calle, código postal, población, provincia, país…). La ficha incluye además las pestañas Pool Boxes —donde asocias las piscinas del cliente—, Direcciones y Teléfonos.Click New to open a blank record and enter the client's details: the name (required), the eMail and the address fields (street, postal code, city, province, country…). The record also includes the Pool Boxes tab —where you associate the client's pools—, Addresses and Phones.

Dar acceso a la appGiving app access

Marca la casilla Acceso a la APP si quieres que el cliente pueda entrar en la aplicación. Al hacerlo, su cuenta de acceso se crea usando su eMail como usuario y con el rol Owner, de modo que en la app solo verá sus PoolBox y no las del resto de clientes.Tick the App access checkbox if you want the client to be able to sign in to the app. When you do, their access account is created using their eMail as the username and with the Owner role, so in the app they'll only see their PoolBox devices and not those of other clients.

Para facilitarle la contraseña se usan las mismas vías que con los usuarios, disponibles en los botones de la ficha: Restablecer Contraseña (la fijas tú desde el backend) o Notificar Credenciales (un correo para que el cliente establezca la suya). Funcionan igual que en Credenciales de acceso.To provide the password, the same options as with users are used, available from the buttons on the record: Reset Password (you set it yourself from the backend) or Notify Credentials (an email for the client to set their own). They work just like in Access credentials.

El menú lateral es el punto de partida de todo el trabajo diario.The side menu is the starting point for all your day-to-day work.

En Mis PoolBox tienes el listado de todos los dispositivos que gestionas. Es la vista de conjunto: de un vistazo ves el estado de todo el parque de piscinas sin entrar en ninguna.In My PoolBox you have the list of every device you manage. It's the overview: at a glance you see the status of your entire pool fleet without opening any of them.

Cada fila muestra el nombre del dispositivo, el cliente donde está instalado, la dirección, el número de serie, el pH, el ORP, la cobertura, el estado del relé de la bomba y la temperatura del agua, entre otros datos.Each row shows the device name, the client where it's installed, the address, the serial number, pH, ORP, signal coverage, the pump relay status and the water temperature, among other data.

Desde el propio listado puedes accionar la bomba sin entrar en la piscina. La columna Filtrado incluye un interruptor por cada PoolBox que actúa sobre el relé configurado como filtración: pulsándolo enciendes o apagas la bomba directamente desde aquí. El color del interruptor indica su estado —encendido o apagado—, de modo que de un vistazo ves qué piscinas están filtrando.From the list itself you can operate the pump without opening the pool. The Filtration column includes a toggle for each PoolBox that acts on the relay configured as filtration: pressing it switches the pump on or off directly from here. The toggle's colour shows its state —on or off—, so at a glance you can see which pools are filtering.

Junto a Filtrado, la columna Limpieza avisa de cuándo toca limpiar el filtro de la bomba. Cuando el indicador se pone en verde, significa que es necesario realizar una limpieza del filtro. La PoolBox lo detecta mediante el control de consumo de la bomba: cuando el consumo baja, interpreta que el filtro está sucio y marca la piscina para limpieza.Next to Filtration, the Cleaning column flags when the pump filter needs cleaning. When the indicator turns green, it means the filter should be cleaned. The PoolBox detects this through the pump's power-consumption monitoring: when consumption drops, it interprets that the filter is dirty and flags the pool for cleaning.

Al entrar en una PoolBox concreta se abre su ficha, organizada en pestañas. La primera, PoolBox, reúne la información general con las últimas lecturas registradas.When you open a specific PoolBox, its record opens, organised into tabs. The first one, PoolBox, brings together the general information with the latest recorded readings.

Aquí encuentras el alias, el Responsable, el cliente, la dirección, la fecha de alta, el número de serie, la versión de firmware instalada, el pH, el ORP, la temperatura, el estado del filtro, la cobertura y el Score, la puntuación que el sistema asigna a la piscina.Here you'll find the alias, the Person in charge, the client, the address, the registration date, the serial number, the installed firmware version, the pH, the ORP, the temperature, the filter status, the signal coverage and the Score, the rating the system assigns to the pool.

Gráficas de tendenciaTrend charts

En la parte inferior de la pestaña están las gráficas con las últimas lecturas.At the bottom of the tab are the charts with the latest readings.

Sobre las dos gráficas aparecen franjas de color que marcan los periodos en los que la PoolBox ha estado dosificando: en verde sobre la gráfica de pH y en amarillo sobre la de ORP. Si sitúas el cursor sobre el inicio de una franja, se muestra la información de esa dosificación: el nivel que había al iniciarla y el tiempo que ha estado dosificando.On both charts, coloured bands appear marking the periods in which the PoolBox has been dosing: green on the pH chart and yellow on the ORP one. If you hover over the start of a band, the details of that dose are shown: the level at which it started and how long it has been dosing.

Puedes elegir la franja temporal que representa la gráfica. Cambiar de franja es la forma más rápida de distinguir entre una desviación puntual y una tendencia sostenida: en horas ves el efecto de una dosificación concreta, y en semanas ves si la piscina se mantiene estable por sí sola.You can choose the time range the chart represents. Switching ranges is the quickest way to tell a one-off deviation from a sustained trend: over hours you see the effect of a specific dose, and over weeks you see whether the pool stays stable on its own.

En la pestaña Relés ves los cuatro relés de la PoolBox con su posición, su etiqueta descriptiva y la aplicación que tienen asignada. También indica si cada uno está en control automático o manual.In the Relays tab you see the PoolBox's four relays with their position, their descriptive label and the application assigned to them. It also shows whether each one is under automatic or manual control.

Configuración y aplicaciones de los relésRelay configuration and applications

El controlador dispone de relés configurables que permiten automatizar los distintos equipos de la piscina. Desde el menú desplegable asignas una función a cada relé, y esa función determina cómo actuará el sistema sobre la carga conectada.The controller has configurable relays that let you automate the pool's various pieces of equipment. From the drop-down menu you assign a function to each relay, and that function determines how the system will act on the connected load.

Aplicaciones con gestión avanzada y automatizadaApplications with advanced, automated management

• Bomba de filtrado. Asigna el relé al motor de filtración principal. Admite dos modos: en manual o programado defines tú los horarios, calendarios y tiempos de depuración; en automático cedes el control a la lógica interna del sistema, que calcula los ciclos de filtrado necesarios.
• Filtration pump. Assigns the relay to the main filtration motor. It supports two modes: in manual or scheduled mode you define the times, calendars and filtration durations yourself; in automatic mode you hand control to the system's internal logic, which calculates the filtration cycles required.
• Control de electrólisis. El sistema gestiona el encendido y apagado de un clorador salino externo, regulando la producción de desinfectante hasta alcanzar el valor objetivo.
• Salt electrolysis control. The system manages the switching on and off of an external salt chlorinator, regulating disinfectant production until the target value is reached.
• Control de hipoclorito. Controla de forma automática una bomba peristáltica de inyección de cloro líquido (hipoclorito sódico), que se activa cuando los niveles bajan del valor objetivo.
• Hypochlorite control. Automatically controls a peristaltic pump that injects liquid chlorine (sodium hypochlorite), which activates when levels drop below the target value.
• Control de pH (−). Comanda la bomba peristáltica de inyección de minorador de pH (ácido) y la detiene cuando el agua alcanza la consigna.
• pH (−) control. Drives the peristaltic pump that injects pH reducer (acid) and stops it when the water reaches the setpoint.
• Control de pH (+). Comanda la bomba peristáltica de inyección de incrementador de pH, para corregir tendencias ácidas en el agua.
• pH (+) control. Drives the peristaltic pump that injects pH increaser, to correct acidic trends in the water.

Sistema de enclavamiento y exclusión mutua de seguridadInterlock and mutual-exclusion safety system

Para proteger la instalación hidráulica y evitar situaciones de riesgo químico, la plataforma incorpora una lógica nativa de exclusión mutua por software. El sistema bloquea automáticamente la ejecución simultánea de determinados relés químicos, de modo que bajo ninguna circunstancia pueden activarse a la vez los relés con estas aplicaciones asignadas:To protect the hydraulic system and avoid chemical-hazard situations, the platform includes native software mutual-exclusion logic. The system automatically blocks the simultaneous operation of certain chemical relays, so that under no circumstances can relays with these applications assigned be active at the same time:

• Control de pH (+) — inyección de incrementador de pH
• pH (+) control — pH increaser injection
• Control de pH (−) — inyección de minorador de pH
• pH (−) control — pH reducer injection
• Control de hipoclorito — inyección de cloro líquido
• Hypochlorite control — liquid chlorine injection

Cómo funciona. Si el algoritmo de la PoolBox determina que debe activar la bomba de control de pH (−), las salidas de control de hipoclorito y de pH (+) quedan bloqueadas en espera (standby) hasta que el ciclo de inyección en curso termina y el sistema valida la neutralidad de la tubería.How it works. If the PoolBox algorithm determines that it must activate the pH (−) control pump, the hypochlorite and pH (+) control outputs are held in standby until the injection cycle in progress finishes and the system confirms the pipework is neutral.

Aplicaciones de control manual o programableManual or programmable control applications

Estas opciones desactivan la lógica interna de los sensores de pH y desinfección: el relé pasa a depender solo de horarios fijos o de la activación manual del usuario.These options disable the internal logic of the pH and disinfection sensors: the relay then depends only on fixed schedules or on the user's manual activation.

• Focos de piscina. Deja el relé en modo libre. Permite programar horarios de encendido y apagado de la iluminación, o accionarla manualmente.
• Pool lights. Leaves the relay in free mode. It lets you schedule on/off times for the lighting, or operate it manually.
• Otros. Configuración genérica para cualquier equipo auxiliar que no requiera automatización por sensores. El relé queda en manual, disponible para que definas tus propios calendarios y temporizaciones.
• Other. Generic configuration for any auxiliary equipment that doesn't need sensor-based automation. The relay stays in manual, available for you to define your own calendars and timings.

Programaciones manualesManual schedules

Al seleccionar un relé, la parte inferior de la pantalla muestra sus programaciones.When you select a relay, the bottom of the screen shows its schedules.

Puedes editar las existentes o crear una nueva con el botón Nuevo.You can edit the existing ones or create a new one with the New button.

Indica un título descriptivo, la hora de inicio y de fin, y marca los días de la semana en que debe aplicarse. A partir de ahí el relé actúa de forma automática según ese calendario.Enter a descriptive title, the start and end times, and tick the days of the week it should apply. From then on the relay operates automatically according to that calendar.

Esta sección es el libro de registro técnico de la instalación. Permite crear, seguir y controlar las tareas de mantenimiento, reparaciones e inspecciones de la piscina, organizar los técnicos asignados y documentar fotográficamente cada trabajo.This section is the installation's technical logbook. It lets you create, track and control the pool's maintenance tasks, repairs and inspections, organise the assigned technicians and document each job with photos.

En la barra de herramientas superior están el botón Eliminar —que actúa sobre los registros marcados con la casilla—, el cuadro Texto a buscar para filtrar el listado y el botón de exportación.In the top toolbar you'll find the Delete button —which acts on the records ticked with the checkbox—, the Search text box to filter the list and the export button.

Cómo crear una intervenciónHow to create an intervention

Hay dos formas de dar de alta una actuación técnica, según el grado de estandarización del trabajo.There are two ways to register a technical job, depending on how standardised the work is.

Opción 1 · Desde cero (botón + Nuevo)Option 1 · From scratch (+ New button)

Para una intervención personalizada o imprevista, como una avería puntual. Genera un registro en blanco donde defines manualmente las tareas que el técnico deberá realizar en la visita.For a custom or unplanned intervention, such as a one-off breakdown. It generates a blank record where you manually define the tasks the technician must carry out during the visit.

En la parte inferior das de alta las acciones a realizar durante la intervención, de forma que el técnico tenga una guía de las tareas pendientes.At the bottom you add the actions to be carried out during the intervention, so the technician has a guide to the pending tasks.

Opción 2 · Desde plantilla (Acciones › Generar Intervenciones)Option 2 · From a template (Actions › Generate Interventions)

A diferencia de la anterior, esta opción se lanza desde el listado de Mis PoolBox —no desde una piscina concreta— y actúa sobre varias a la vez. Marca con la casilla la o las PoolBox para las que quieras crear la intervención, abre el botón Acciones de la barra superior y elige Generar Intervenciones. Es, por tanto, una acción masiva: genera la intervención para todas las piscinas seleccionadas de una sola vez.Unlike the previous one, this option is launched from the My PoolBox list —not from a specific pool— and it acts on several at once. Tick the checkbox of the PoolBox device(s) you want to create the intervention for, open the Actions button in the top bar and choose Generate Interventions. It is, therefore, a bulk action: it generates the intervention for all the selected pools in one go.

Pensada para trabajos repetitivos o normativos. Seleccionas una plantilla de tareas y checklists configurada previamente —por ejemplo, Mantenimiento preventivo mensual o Revisión de apertura de vaso— y la intervención se genera con todo el listado de tareas ya estructurado, lista para que el operario la ejecute.Designed for repetitive or regulatory jobs. You select a previously configured task-and-checklist template —for example, Monthly preventive maintenance or Pool-opening inspection— and the intervention is generated with the whole task list already structured, ready for the operator to carry out.

Cada acción admite instrucciones concretas. El técnico añade sus comentarios y cierra la tarea cuando la completa. Desde el móvil puede adjuntar fotos a la intervención, que quedan disponibles para revisión desde la plataforma de gestión.Each action can carry specific instructions. The technician adds their comments and closes the task when it's done. From their phone they can attach photos to the intervention, which then become available for review in the management platform.

Análisis es el cuadro de mando de auditoría del controlador. En lugar de mostrar lecturas instantáneas, consolida los datos recogidos durante cada jornada de 24 horas y calcula métricas de rendimiento químicas, físicas y operativas. Su objetivo es evaluar de forma objetiva cómo se ha comportado la piscina a lo largo del tiempo.Analytics is the controller's audit dashboard. Instead of showing instantaneous readings, it consolidates the data gathered over each 24-hour day and calculates chemical, physical and operational performance metrics. Its purpose is to assess objectively how the pool has behaved over time.

Las puntuaciones se representan también en forma de gráfica.The scores are also shown as a chart.

Es una nota global automatizada, en escala de 0 a 10, que califica la calidad y el rendimiento general de la piscina. Plantilla de intervenciónIntervention template

Una plantilla de intervención es un guion reutilizable de tareas. Una vez creada, sirve para generar intervenciones ya estructuradas con la acción Generar Intervenciones (botón Acciones del listado de PoolBox) que se explica en Intervenciones, sin tener que escribir la lista de tareas cada vez. Es la herramienta ideal para los trabajos que se repiten: un mantenimiento preventivo mensual, una revisión de apertura de temporada, etcétera.An intervention template is a reusable script of tasks. Once created, it's used to generate ready-structured interventions with the Generate Interventions action (the Actions button in the PoolBox list) explained under Interventions, without having to write out the task list each time. It's the ideal tool for recurring jobs: a monthly preventive maintenance, a start-of-season opening inspection, and so on.

Al entrar en Plantilla Intervención se abre el listado de plantillas. Desde ahí puedes editar una plantilla existente pulsando sobre ella, o crear una nueva con el botón Nuevo.Opening Intervention Template brings up the list of templates. From there you can edit an existing template by clicking on it, or create a new one with the New button.

Dentro de una plantilla defines:Within a template you define:

• Nombre. El título con el que la reconocerás al generar intervenciones (por ejemplo, Mantenimiento preventivo mensual).
• Name. The title you'll recognise it by when generating interventions (for example, Monthly preventive maintenance).
• Observaciones. Un texto opcional con notas o instrucciones generales que apliquen a toda la plantilla.
• Observations. An optional text with general notes or instructions that apply to the whole template.
• Tareas a realizar. El listado de acciones que compondrá la intervención. Cada tarea que añadas aquí aparecerá después en cada intervención generada a partir de esta plantilla.
• Tasks to carry out. The list of actions that will make up the intervention. Each task you add here will then appear in every intervention generated from this template.

La capa de inteligencia de la plataforma: vigila las piscinas de forma continua, emite diagnósticos y te permite actuar tanto de forma correctiva como preventiva.The platform's intelligence layer: it monitors the pools continuously, issues diagnoses and lets you act both correctively and preventively.

El resto del manual describe una plataforma que mide: sondas que leen, relés que dosifican y umbrales que disparan un aviso cuando un valor se sale de rango. Panel Neuronas hace algo distinto: interpreta. Cruza varias lecturas a la vez, las compara con su evolución reciente y emite un diagnóstico con nombre propio, una explicación de por qué está ocurriendo y una acción recomendada.The rest of the manual describes a platform that measures: probes that read, relays that dose and thresholds that fire a warning when a value goes out of range. The Neuronas Panel does something different: it interprets. It cross-references several readings at once, compares them with their recent evolution and issues a diagnosis with a name of its own, an explanation of why it's happening and a recommended action.

Un diagnóstico de riesgo alto de agua verde te dice que el ORP bajo, el pH alto y la temperatura elevada están coincidiendo, que esa combinación favorece intensamente el crecimiento de algas y que conviene actuar ya. El primero describe un síntoma; el segundo anticipa un problema.The difference shows in everyday use. A high pH warning tells you that a number has gone out of place. A high risk of green water diagnosis tells you that low ORP, high pH and elevated temperature are coinciding, that this combination strongly favours algae growth and that you should act now. The first describes a symptom; the second anticipates a problem.

The screen brings together the active alerts across your entire pool fleet, not those of a single installation: it's the view from which you decide which pool to visit today.

Filtros y ordenFilters and sorting

La barra superior acota el listado cuando tienes muchas alertas abiertas:The top bar narrows the list when you have many open alerts:

• PoolBox. Limita la vista a una instalación concreta. Entre paréntesis se indica cuántas hay disponibles.
• PoolBox. Limits the view to a specific installation. The number available is shown in brackets.
• Severidad. Deja solo las alertas del nivel que te interese. Hay cinco, de mayor a menor urgencia: Crítica, Alta, Media, Baja e Informativa. Filtrar por Crítica y Alta es la forma rápida de montar la ruta del día; las Informativas puedes revisarlas cuando tengas tiempo.
• Severity. Keeps only the alerts of the level you're interested in. There are five, from most to least urgent: Critical, High, Medium, Low and Informational. Filtering by Critical and High is the quick way to plan the day's route; the Informational ones you can review when you have time.

Cómo se lee una alertaHow to read an alert

Cada tarjeta condensa todo lo necesario para decidir sin abrirla:Each card condenses everything needed to decide without opening it:

• Parámetro implicado. El icono de la izquierda indica sobre qué magnitud se ha emitido el diagnóstico, pH u ORP.
• Parameter involved. The icon on the left shows which quantity the diagnosis was issued on, pH or ORP.
• Título y explicación. El nombre del diagnóstico y, debajo, qué está pasando y por qué, en lenguaje llano.
• Title and explanation. The name of the diagnosis and, below it, what is happening and why, in plain language.
• Código de diagnóstico. Identificador único con el formato DG-2026-000068. Es la referencia con la que seguir el caso y con la que citarlo ante el cliente o el servicio técnico.
• Diagnosis code. A unique identifier in the format DG-2026-000068. It's the reference for tracking the case and for citing it to the client or to technical support.
• Intervención pendiente. Cuando la alerta ya tiene una intervención de mantenimiento abierta, aparece una segunda etiqueta con su código INT-00000074. Si no aparece, aún no hay trabajo planificado para resolverla.
• Pending intervention. When the alert already has an open maintenance intervention, a second label appears with its code INT-00000074. If it's not shown, there's no work yet planned to resolve it.
• Piscina afectada. Enlace directo a la instalación, para saltar a su ficha sin buscarla.
• Affected pool. A direct link to the installation, to jump to its record without searching for it.
• Tiempos. Cuánto hace que se detectó, la fecha de detección y la última actualización del diagnóstico. Una alerta con muchos días acumulados es una alerta que nadie ha atendido.
• Timing. How long ago it was detected, the detection date and the diagnosis's last update. An alert with many accumulated days is an alert nobody has attended to.
• Confianza Neurona. Hasta qué punto el sistema respalda el diagnóstico con la evidencia disponible.
• Neurona confidence. The extent to which the system backs the diagnosis with the available evidence.
• Severidad. La urgencia con la que conviene actuar, en la escala de cinco niveles descrita arriba.
• Severity. How urgently you should act, on the five-level scale described above.

Además de la cabecera con la severidad, el parámetro, el código y el título, la ficha añade tres bloques que el listado no muestra:Besides the header with the severity, parameter, code and title, the record adds three blocks the list doesn't show:

• Identificación de la PoolBox. Nombre de la instalación, número de serie y confianza del diagnóstico.
• PoolBox identification. Installation name, serial number and diagnosis confidence.
• Valores actuales. pH, ORP, temperatura y estado de la bomba en este momento, con la hora de la última comunicación del equipo. Es el contraste imprescindible antes de actuar: te permite comprobar si la situación que originó la alerta sigue vigente o ya se ha corregido sola. Si la última comunicación es antigua, sospecha primero de la conectividad.
• Current values. pH, ORP, temperature and pump status right now, with the time of the device's last communication. It's the essential cross-check before acting: it lets you confirm whether the situation that triggered the alert is still current or has already corrected itself. If the last communication is old, suspect connectivity first.
• Intervención de mantenimiento. La intervención vinculada, si existe, con enlace a su registro en Intervenciones.
• Maintenance intervention. The linked intervention, if any, with a link to its record under Interventions.

Resolver una alertaResolving an alert

Bajo el diagnóstico, el apartado Acciones de resolución sugeridas propone la actuación que corresponde a ese caso. El desplegable no es una lista de tareas por hacer: es la forma de dejar constancia de cómo se resolvió realmente la incidencia.Below the diagnosis, the Suggested resolution actions section proposes the action appropriate to that case. The drop-down is not a to-do list: it's the way to record how the incident was actually resolved.

Desde ahí dispones de tres salidas:From there you have three ways out:

• Resolver alerta. Selecciona la opción que describe lo que se hizo y cierra el diagnóstico. La alerta desaparece del listado activo.
• Resolve alert. Select the option that describes what was done and close the diagnosis. The alert disappears from the active list.
• Posponer. Aplaza la alerta durante un tiempo. El diagnóstico vuelve a aparecer cuando ese plazo vence, así que sirve para quitártela de en medio hoy sin perderla. Es la opción correcta cuando reconoces el aviso pero no puedes actuar todavía.
• Postpone. Defers the alert for a while. The diagnosis reappears when that period expires, so it's a way to get it out of the way today without losing it. It's the right option when you acknowledge the warning but can't act yet.
• Cancelar. Cierra la ficha sin tocar nada.
• Cancel. Closes the record without changing anything.

Qué tipo de cosas detectaWhat kinds of things it detects

Los diagnósticos se reparten en dos familias, y conviene distinguirlas porque piden respuestas muy distintas:Diagnoses fall into two families, and it's worth telling them apart because they call for very different responses:

• Química del agua. Situaciones en las que el agua se está desviando o va camino de hacerlo: caída rápida de la desinfección, riesgo alto de agua verde. La respuesta es tratamiento.
• Water chemistry. Situations in which the water is drifting or on its way to doing so: rapid drop in disinfection, high risk of green water. The response is treatment.
• Salud del equipo de medida. Situaciones en las que el problema no es el agua sino el instrumento: sonda de pH desconectada, sonda con lectura congelada. La respuesta es revisión física de la instalación, y son prioritarias porque mientras una sonda miente, todo lo que dependa de ella —incluida la dosificación automática— trabaja a ciegas.
• Measurement-equipment health. Situations in which the problem isn't the water but the instrument: a disconnected pH probe, a probe with a frozen reading. The response is a physical inspection of the installation, and these are a priority because while a probe is lying, everything that depends on it —including automatic dosing— works blind.

Dónde encaja respecto al resto de la plataformaWhere it fits within the rest of the platform

Las alarmas de Parámetros y los diagnósticos de Neuronas no se solapan ni se sustituyen. Las primeras vigilan un valor contra un umbral fijo que tú defines. Los segundos vigilan la relación entre valores y su trayectoria. Por eso Neuronas puede avisar de un problema cuando todos los parámetros están todavía dentro de rango.The alarms in Parameters and the Neuronas diagnoses neither overlap nor replace each other. The former watch a value against a fixed threshold you define. The latter watch the relationship between values and their trajectory. That's why Neuronas can warn of a problem while every parameter is still within range.
