MyPoolBox es la herramienta de campo del sistema Ysland. Desde el móvil, el técnico consulta el estado del agua de cada piscina, revisa relés y programaciones, calibra la sonda de pH, atiende notificaciones y gestiona sus intervenciones con fotos y comentarios sobre el terreno.MyPoolBox is the field tool of the Ysland system. From their phone, the technician checks each pool's water condition, reviews relays and schedules, calibrates the pH probe, handles notifications and manages their interventions with photos and comments on site.

Es la contraparte móvil del backend de gestión: lo que se planifica desde el escritorio se ejecuta y se documenta desde aquí.It's the mobile counterpart to the management backend: what is planned from the desktop is carried out and documented from here.

MyPoolBox es una aplicación web progresiva (PWA): funciona desde el navegador, sin pasar por ninguna tienda de aplicaciones. Basta con abrir la dirección y añadirla a la pantalla de inicio para tenerla como una app más, con su icono y a pantalla completa.MyPoolBox is a progressive web app (PWA): it runs from the browser, without going through any app store. Just open the address and add it to your home screen to have it like any other app, with its own icon and in full screen.

La dirección es webapp.ysland.es.The address is webapp.ysland.es.

Android

1. Abre webapp.ysland.es en el navegador del móvil (Chrome).
2. Open webapp.ysland.es in your phone's browser (Chrome).
3. Pulsa el menú de tres puntos de la esquina superior derecha.
4. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
5. Selecciona Añadir a pantalla de inicio.
6. Select Add to Home screen.
7. Pulsa Instalar en la ventana emergente y confirma.
8. Tap Install in the pop-up and confirm.

iPhone (iOS)

1. Abre webapp.ysland.es en Safari.
2. Open webapp.ysland.es in Safari.
3. Pulsa el botón Compartir (el cuadrado con la flecha hacia arriba, en la barra inferior).
4. Tap the Share button (the square with an upward arrow, on the bottom bar).
5. Desplázate por la lista y pulsa Añadir a pantalla de inicio.
6. Scroll through the list and tap Add to Home Screen.
7. Ajusta el nombre si quieres y pulsa Añadir en la esquina superior derecha.
8. Adjust the name if you like and tap Add in the top-right corner.

El icono de MyPoolBox aparecerá en la pantalla de inicio junto al resto de tus apps.The MyPoolBox icon will appear on your home screen alongside the rest of your apps.

Se accede con el correo electrónico que facilitaste al dar de alta la cuenta y tu contraseña.You log in with the email address you provided when the account was created and your password.

Al iniciar sesión verás el listado de tus PoolBox y, en la barra inferior, el menú de navegación:When you log in you'll see the list of your PoolBox devices and, on the bottom bar, the navigation menu:

• Mis PoolBox. Listado de todas las PoolBox asignadas a tu usuario.
• My PoolBox. A list of all the PoolBox devices assigned to your user.
• Notificaciones. Avisos sobre incidencias o valores fuera de rango.
• Notifications. Warnings about incidents or out-of-range values.
• Intervenciones. Gestión de las tareas técnicas asignadas.
• Interventions. Management of the technical tasks assigned to you.
• Acerca de. Información general de la aplicación.
• About. General information about the app.

Si tu usuario tiene acceso a la capa de inteligencia, la barra incluye además Alertas Neurona, que se explica al final de este manual.If your user has access to the intelligence layer, the bar also includes Neurona Alerts, explained at the end of this manual.

Desde aquí accedes al listado completo de las PoolBox de tu organización o de las asignadas a tu usuario, según tu rol.From here you access the full list of your organisation's PoolBox devices, or those assigned to your user, depending on your role.

Cada PoolBox muestra su información esencial de un vistazo: nombre, cliente donde está instalada, dirección, pH, ORP, señal y temperatura del agua, entre otros datos.Each PoolBox shows its essential information at a glance: name, the client where it's installed, address, pH, ORP, signal and water temperature, among other data.

Información generalGeneral information

Al abrir una PoolBox concreta ves el detalle de la instalación:When you open a specific PoolBox you see the installation's detail:

• Nombre de la instalación y estado de la piscina.
• Installation name and pool status.
• Valores de pH, ORP, temperatura, señal y estado del filtro y de la bomba.
• pH, ORP, temperature, signal values and the status of the filter and pump.

En la parte inferior de la pantalla encontrarás la fecha de última comunicación, la versión de firmware instalada, la dirección MAC y las recomendaciones automáticas del sistema.At the bottom of the screen you'll find the last communication date, the installed firmware version, the MAC address and the system's automatic recommendations.

RelésRelays

La pestaña Relés muestra los relés que no se gestionan automáticamente —es decir, los que no están asignados a dosificación— junto con sus programaciones.The Relays tab shows the relays that aren't managed automatically —that is, those not assigned to dosing— along with their schedules.

Para crear o editar una programación:To create or edit a schedule:

1. Pulsa Añadir programación.
2. Tap Add schedule.
3. Define la hora de inicio y de fin.
4. Set the start and end times.
5. Selecciona los días de ejecución.
6. Select the days it should run.
7. Guarda los cambios.
8. Save the changes.

Calibración de la sonda de pHpH probe calibration

Desde la opción Calibrar puedes realizar una calibración nueva o consultar las anteriores.From the Calibrate option you can run a new calibration or review previous ones.

Al crear una calibración nueva, la app solicita los valores en solución de pH 4 y pH 7. Con esos dos puntos, el sistema calcula la curva de calibración que garantiza una medición precisa.When you create a new calibration, the app asks for the readings in pH 4 and pH 7 solutions. With those two points, the system calculates the calibration curve that ensures an accurate measurement.

Aquí se reúnen todos los avisos generados por tus PoolBox, por ejemplo valores de pH u ORP fuera de rango.This is where all the warnings generated by your PoolBox devices come together, for example out-of-range pH or ORP values.

De cada aviso puedes consultar la fecha, el tipo y su estado.For each warning you can check the date, the type and its status.

En esta sección gestionas tus intervenciones, agrupadas por estado:In this section you manage your interventions, grouped by status:

• Pendientes
• Pending
• En curso
• In progress
• Completadas — solo se muestran las cerradas durante el día en curso.
• Completed — only those closed during the current day are shown.

Si una intervención se ha creado desde el backend, puede incluir varias tareas. Cada tarea muestra su descripción y su estado, y puedes actualizarla una vez realizada.If an intervention was created from the backend, it may include several tasks. Each task shows its description and its status, and you can update it once it's done.

Completar una tareaCompleting a task

Pulsa sobre una tarea para abrir su detalle.Tap a task to open its detail.

Desde ahí puedes añadir comentarios sobre lo realizado y actualizar el estado final de la tarea. Además, puedes adjuntar fotos para documentar cómo quedó la instalación tras la intervención.From there you can add comments about what was done and update the task's final status. You can also attach photos to document how the installation looked after the intervention.

Mientras que Notificaciones te avisa de que un valor se ha salido de rango, Panel Neuronas interpreta: cruza varias lecturas a la vez, las compara con su evolución reciente y emite un diagnóstico con nombre propio, una explicación de por qué ocurre y un nivel de confianza. Es la misma inteligencia del backend, pensada aquí para decidir la siguiente parada de tu ruta.Whereas Notifications warns you that a value has gone out of range, the Neuronas Panel interprets: it cross-references several readings at once, compares them with their recent evolution and issues a diagnosis with a name of its own, an explanation of why it's happening and a confidence level. It's the same intelligence as the backend, designed here to decide the next stop on your route.

Alertas de NeuronaNeurona Alerts

Se accede desde Alertas Neurona, en la barra inferior. La pantalla lista las alertas activas de las piscinas a las que tienes acceso.You reach it from Neurona Alerts on the bottom bar. The screen lists the active alerts for the pools you have access to.

Buscar, mostrar y ordenarSearch, show and sort

• Buscar. Filtra por texto para encontrar una piscina o un tipo de diagnóstico concreto.
• Search. Filter by text to find a specific pool or type of diagnosis.
• Mostrar. Fija el nivel mínimo de severidad que quieres ver. Por ejemplo, Informativa y superior lo muestra todo; subir el umbral deja solo lo urgente.
• Show. Sets the minimum severity level you want to see. For example, Informational and above shows everything; raising the threshold leaves only the urgent items.
• Ordenar. Ordena el listado, por ejemplo por Más recientes.
• Sort. Orders the list, for example by Most recent.

Cómo leer una alertaHow to read an alert

Cada tarjeta condensa lo necesario para decidir sin abrirla:Each card condenses what you need to decide without opening it:

• Severidad. La etiqueta de color indica la urgencia. Hay cinco niveles, de mayor a menor: Crítica, Alta, Media, Baja e Informativa.
• Severity. The colour label indicates the urgency. There are five levels, from highest to lowest: Critical, High, Medium, Low and Informational.
• Piscina y fecha. La instalación afectada y el momento en que se detectó.
• Pool and date. The affected installation and when it was detected.
• Título y explicación. El nombre del diagnóstico y, debajo, qué está pasando y por qué, en lenguaje llano.
• Title and explanation. The name of the diagnosis and, below it, what is happening and why, in plain language.
• Confianza. Hasta qué punto el sistema respalda el diagnóstico con la evidencia disponible.
• Confidence. The extent to which the system backs the diagnosis with the available evidence.

Detalle y resoluciónDetail and resolution

Al pulsar sobre una alerta se abre su detalle, que es donde se comprueba el diagnóstico y se cierra.Tapping an alert opens its detail, which is where the diagnosis is verified and closed.

Además del título, la severidad, el parámetro implicado y el código del diagnóstico DG-2026-000089, la ficha muestra:Besides the title, the severity, the parameter involved and the diagnosis code DG-2026-000089, the record shows:

• Piscina y Estado. La instalación afectada y el estado del diagnóstico, por ejemplo ABIERTO mientras sigue sin resolver.
• Pool and Status. The affected installation and the diagnosis status, for example OPEN while it remains unresolved.
• Confianza y Creado. El respaldo del sistema al diagnóstico y la fecha y hora en que se generó.
• Confidence and Created. The system's backing for the diagnosis and the date and time it was generated.
• Acciones de resolución sugeridas. Un desplegable con la actuación que corresponde a ese caso. No es una lista de tareas por hacer: es la forma de dejar constancia de cómo se resolvió realmente la incidencia.
• Suggested resolution actions. A drop-down with the action appropriate to that case. It's not a to-do list: it's the way to record how the incident was actually resolved.

Al pie tienes tres salidas:At the bottom you have three ways out:

• Resolver. Selecciona en el desplegable la opción que describe lo que se hizo y cierra el diagnóstico. La alerta desaparece del listado activo.
• Resolve. In the drop-down, select the option that describes what was done and close the diagnosis. The alert disappears from the active list.
• Posponer. Aplaza la alerta un tiempo; el diagnóstico reaparece cuando ese plazo vence. Es la opción correcta cuando reconoces el aviso pero no puedes actuar todavía.
• Postpone. Defers the alert for a while; the diagnosis reappears when that period expires. It's the right option when you acknowledge the warning but can't act yet.
• Cancelar. Cierra la ficha sin tocar nada.
• Cancel. Closes the record without changing anything.

Cómo usarlo en campoUsing it in the field

El panel está pensado para ordenar la jornada del técnico. Una forma práctica de usarlo:The panel is designed to organise the technician's day. A practical way to use it:

1. Sube el filtro Mostrar a las severidades altas para ver primero lo que no puede esperar.
2. Raise the Show filter to the high severities to see first what can't wait.
3. Lee el diagnóstico y su explicación: te dice qué pasa y por qué, no solo qué número se ha movido.
4. Read the diagnosis and its explanation: it tells you what's happening and why, not just which number has moved.
5. Antes de desplazarte, contrasta con los valores actuales de la PoolBox. Si la última comunicación es antigua, sospecha primero de la conectividad.
6. Before travelling out, cross-check against the PoolBox's current values. If the last communication is old, suspect connectivity first.
7. Actúa sobre el terreno, documenta el trabajo en la intervención asociada con comentarios y fotos, y cierra la alerta con Resolver indicando la resolución aplicada.
8. Act on site, document the work in the associated intervention with comments and photos, and close the alert with Resolve, stating the resolution applied.

Los diagnósticos son de dos tipos, y piden respuestas distintas: los de química del agua —como una caída rápida de desinfección o el riesgo de agua verde— se resuelven con tratamiento; los de salud del equipo de medida —una sonda desconectada o con lectura congelada— exigen revisar físicamente la instalación, y son prioritarios, porque mientras una sonda falla la dosificación automática trabaja a ciegas.Diagnoses come in two types, and they call for different responses: water chemistry ones —such as a rapid drop in disinfection or the risk of green water— are resolved with treatment; measurement-equipment health ones —a disconnected probe or one with a frozen reading— require a physical inspection of the installation, and they take priority, because while a probe is faulty the automatic dosing works blind.
