By accepting these General Terms of Use (the “General Terms”), you enter into a binding contractual relationship with AQUALINK TECHNOLOGIES.
These Terms set out the rules governing that contractual relationship and the use of the website.
The website www.ysland.es is intended exclusively for professionals in the pool industry. Through our platform, you can purchase devices such as PulBox, designed to monitor and control pool water from a mobile device. These devices measure and manage key parameters such as pH, ORP (Redox) and temperature, as well as control the filtration pump and other auxiliary equipment.
To purchase products through the website and enter into a contract, you must be a pool industry professional, at least 18 years old, and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
You warrant that the information you provide to Ysland is true and accurate, and agree to notify us of any changes.
Purchasing any product on this website also entails a subscription to the Ysland management platform, which is required for the device to work properly. By completing a purchase, you expressly accept this subscription and agree to comply with the platform’s terms of use and the obligations arising from it.
You also agree to use Ysland products and the platform responsibly and in accordance with applicable law. You must not use them in a way that infringes third-party rights, violates accepted standards or industry practices, or harms Ysland’s reputation. Ysland is not responsible for misuse of its products or for content available on the platform.
You acknowledge and agree that you use the devices and platform at your own sole responsibility and accept liability for any damage or loss resulting from a breach of these Terms.
AQUALINK TECHNOLOGIES does not guarantee the performance of the 4G network. The service may become unavailable or be limited at any time for reasons beyond AQUALINK TECHNOLOGIES’ control, including emergencies, network congestion, link failures, network equipment issues, handovers or signal strength. AQUALINK TECHNOLOGIES is not responsible for data, messages or pages that are lost or not saved due to Internet service performance issues.
To the extent permitted by law and subject to any other provisions in these Terms, AQUALINK TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for personal, incidental, special, direct or indirect damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or any other commercial damage or loss arising from the use or inability to use the website, regardless of the cause or the basis of liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise), even if you have been advised that such damage may occur.
AQUALINK TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to change the content of the website without prior notice.
You do not need to register on the website to purchase a product. However, to complete a purchase you must fill in a “purchase form” and provide the information needed to process delivery of the product.
You may change your delivery details or other contact information through the website, provided that the product has not yet been dispatched or processed for dispatch.
The price of each AQUALINK TECHNOLOGIES product is the price shown on the website in euros. The amount includes all taxes and delivery costs.
You may pay for the product through the payment gateway provided for this purpose, using a debit and/or credit card.
After you make the payment, AQUALINK TECHNOLOGIES will send an email to the address you provided to confirm that your purchase and payment were successful.

Products offered on the website are subject to availability. If a product you selected is out of stock, AQUALINK TECHNOLOGIES reserves the right to cancel the purchase and refund the corresponding amount.

You must provide a postal address where you would like to receive products purchased on the website. We recommend choosing an address where someone will be available to accept the package during working hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

Your order will be delivered to the postal address you provided on the website within the estimated time for the shipping method selected at checkout, and in any event no later than thirty (30) calendar days after your order is accepted through the website.
AQUALINK TECHNOLOGIES is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect information you provided. If this causes a delivery delay, AQUALINK TECHNOLOGIES will notify you immediately. Any resulting costs will be your responsibility.
If you have a complaint or enquiry about delivery, you can contact AQUALINK TECHNOLOGIES at admin@ysland.es. AQUALINK TECHNOLOGIES will make every effort to respond as quickly as possible.
If delivery cannot be completed at the postal address you provided within fourteen (14) calendar days for reasons attributable to you, you will be deemed to have withdrawn your order, and the “Returns” section will apply.
You have fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal. The product must be in perfect condition and returned in its original state and packaging, with no signs of use. Otherwise, AQUALINK TECHNOLOGIES may reject your return request.

AQUALINK TECHNOLOGIES will cover return costs if the purchased products are defective for a reason attributable to the company. Otherwise, you will be responsible for return costs.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal and returned the products, AQUALINK TECHNOLOGIES will refund the full purchase price within fourteen (14) days of being notified that you are exercising that right, that is, from the date you send the form referred to in the previous paragraph.
Ownership of products purchased through the website, and the risk of loss, pass to you upon delivery of the order. If you return a product, that risk remains with you until the product is delivered to AQUALINK TECHNOLOGIES.
For custom-manufactured or large-volume orders, the customer must pay 50% of the total amount when signing the order; the balance is due on delivery.
As the customer has the opportunity to test the product at their premises before purchasing, returns will not be accepted except where required by applicable law.
AQUALINK TECHNOLOGIES warrants that products offered for sale on the website conform to their agreed specifications and will be delivered free from manufacturing or workmanship defects. It also warrants that the products comply with applicable regulations concerning, among other things, their manufacture, composition and packaging.

AQUALINK TECHNOLOGIES will respond as soon as possible and no later than one (1) month after your complaint or claim is submitted.

AQUALINK TECHNOLOGIES reserves all rights to the materials and licences belonging to it, including, without limitation, all intellectual and industrial property rights in them.
